Terms and cancellations

To make a reservation, please send an email to groepsreserveringen@infocentrumwo2.nl.
You can book an educational programme for groups of 10 people or more, unless indicated otherwise. The maximum size of a group will be indicated for every programme.
The order of the modules in the programme can in some cases be tailored to your wishes.
If you visit the centre with an educational programme, the use of the education room is included in the price. The price for using the education room is € 50 per hour. The space holds room for 20 to 25 students.
At the Infocentre WW2 Nijmegen, you can only pay with a debit card or on account.
Discounts cannot be combined.
Reservations for educational programmes or the education room need to be made at least one week in advance. We need to be informed of the definitive number of people no later than 3 business days in advance.
If educational programmes are not cancelled at least 3 business days in advance, we will have to charge the full amount.
