Our politics are increasingly driven by emotions, or so it would seem. We are living in an age of permanent agitation. Facts are being called into question by perceived truths. How do we deal with these heated emotions? This is where the pop-up exhibition ‘The Power of Emotions. Germany 1919-2019’ comes in. The exhibition offers an emotional-historical perspective on 100 years of German history and illustrates the political and social impact of emotions. On display at the Freedom Museum from 8 until 31 december 2021.
